At The Vocal Coach London, we are committed to offering high-quality tools and expert guidance for singers, speakers, and artists. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions for both product-related purchases in our Voice Shop and prepaid vocal coaching sessions.
Affiliate Product Returns (Voice Shop – Amazon.co.uk)
The products listed in our Voice Shop are recommended via the Amazon Associates Program. All items are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk and its third-party sellers.
All Voice Shop products are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk. Returns are accepted within 30 days at no cost, in line with Amazon’s policies. To request a return, please visit the Amazon.co.uk Returns Centre.
The Vocal Coach London does not process product returns directly.
Vocal Coaching Session Packages
All private singing lessons and vocal coaching sessions are offered with care, professionalism, and a commitment to your artistic growth.
Booking & Scheduling
Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Once confirmed, clients are responsible for tracking their session times and dates.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with no charge if at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions
If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened accordingly. In rare cases where the coach is late or unable to attend, a reschedule or complimentary replacement session will be offered. No monetary refunds are issued unless a service has not been delivered.
Use of Prepaid Packages
All prepaid vocal coaching packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This ensures flexibility for scheduling while protecting the coach’s availability and pricing structure.
Pre-Session Communication
Advice or voice-related guidance offered before a scheduled session is given at the coach’s discretion and is not counted as a full session unless explicitly arranged. All support time is valuable but distinct from formal lesson bookings.
